Services

We are professionals in the follow-up of the quotations of our associates with the customers in India and translating them into orders.

Our services include getting the technical approval of the products, getting it included in the proposal of the relevant industry, floating of tenders with specifications, follow-up of tender and the placement of order. Our services do not end at this stage. We offer our services till the time our customers are completely satisfied with the execution of the order.

  • Identify requirements as per supplier's production programme.
  • Obtain enquiries/Tenders for evaluation, Technical clearance as required from quality and engineering departments of customer.
  • Indication of competitors and their prices to enable supplier awareness.
  • Submission of offers/quotations and in line with customer procedures.
  • Attend tender openings and follows up/negotiate with the customer to reach positive results and secure orders for principals.
  • Co-ordinate establishment of L/C as per principal delivery schedule and prompt release of payment on receipt of documents at customer.
  • Regular visit to Europe and China to study the market and also meet new customers at Trade fairs.
  • Team of supervisors to visit site and supervision for our suppliers.
